Did you run the handheld software .exe file, then run the Application Installer?
Do you have the Browser on your handheld? I think the browser is always greyed out on the Desktop Manager.
Do a register now (Options, Advanced, Host Routing Table, dropdown menu, Register Now).
Check to see if your browser works.
Do you have your email setup through the BIS or BES?
