Ok. my question is whats the differents between OS 4.1 as to OS 4.2. I was using 4.0 and this morning is upgraded to OS 4.1 and theres a lot more stuff and better oppitions. is there even more in OS 4.2? and I have a 7250. Can I download true ring tones?> Does any one know of a good software to make my own ringtones? I use bimpim for my razr v3m but my 7250 cant connect

There will not be a handheld OS v4.2 for the 7250. OS 4.2 is only for devices with 64MB of memory.

There are lots of useful threads in the dedicated Ringtones, Themes and Wallpapers format regarding the different file format that can be used, and on which models they work.
