Hi there, I'm having problems with my Calendar on my BlackBerry 8703e. I currently sync my BB wirelessly via my company's BES. Everything on my device wirelessly syncs properly (Address Book, Memos and Tasks) except for my Calendar. Events in my Calendar will randomly and mysteriously be deleted, changed, or moved. I changed my syncing from wireless to manual (via the cradle directly to MS Outlook) hoping the problem would stop but it still hasn't. It seems the problem is with the device itself but I can't be sure. The IT guy at my office is baffled and has no idea what the problem is. It's becoming very frustrating for me because important events are being modified, moved, or deleted. As a business professional, I highly rely on my Calendar to keep me organized. Help!!

Consider wiping the handheld, deleting the account from the BES, then re-adding the account, and re-enterprise activating.

Sometimes, the only solution is a clean sweep and starting from scratch. As long as Outlook/Exchange is currrent, it should repopulate your BB with the correct info.

Out of curiosity, do you know why this is happening? Is it just a random thing that happens occassionally?

I don't even think it happens that often. But usually, when something happens, like what is happening to you, there's a communication breakdown between the BES, Exchange Server, and Handheld...or a combination there-in.

There's probably another way to troubleshoot it, and one that's less extreme, but this is usually the most "sure-fire" and definitely one of the quickest.
