Default new inbox messages disappear

HI,

I have a client that has BES 4.x on Exchange and 8700's. One of the users gets a new message and then it disappears off the BB soon after it gets received??? The other users are not having the same problem. Any ideas? The message is still available in the Inbox of Outlook.

How's the handheld's memory situation? Consider clearing some memory out.

I have a user with the same issue. Memory is NOT the problem. he has currently used only about 50%.

or he could be hiding his sent messages

Messages > Options > Hide Sent Messages = NO
