error 721 when tethering to t-mo

Default error 721 when tethering to t-mo

Please Login to Remove!
I have been using my blackbery as a modem for my laptop for 2 months now and it just stopped working... I haven't messed with any presets or any thing. Has anyone else not been able to connect through t-mobile? And can anyone give me some pointers?

Ok so now it changed to a constant 718 every time I try to connect. Does anyone know if this is a network problem or my computer is acting up?
