Please Login to Remove!

hey,

i have a BB 8703e but i just recieved an 8100 from my job to test an application. Heres the thing, the previous user had a lot of appointments in his/her calendar and i need to clear them. Is there a way to do that with out wiping the BB or doing 1 by1?

Any reason why you don't want to wipe the handheld? It's probably best that you do.
It'll only erase the user data, which sounds like what you want to do anyway.

Welcome to the forums gameoverceo! I agree with penguin3107, wipe is the best way to go.

Can you explain what you mean by this? What "email application" did you install on the BlackBerry? To my knowledge... there are none available, and they're not needed anyway.
Also, what does email have to do with your calendar?

I'm very confused.
Why not just wipe the device and start over?

im sorry for all the confusion. The application that i installed on it connects me to jobs email and calendar. I afraid that if i wipe the BB it will wipe my email settings. Now since this is a brand new application to me and the company, it took me all morning to adjust the settings on both the BB and decktop version of the application just for it to sync. Im afraid if i wipe the BB it will erase the settings.

Do you mean activated it instead of installed an app on it?
since you activated it with her info on it you will have to do a wipe or go through and delete one by one. As far as I know that is the only way to do it. I know in the past that when I have seen something like this you may not be able to delete certain things without a wipe.
Do you have problems with syncing it to your calendar?

Highlight the date of choice and use the "Delete Prior" feature in the Calendar.
