Hi, I'm new to this forum but have been tickering and repairing phones for years and just recently changed my focus to Blackberrys. I've noticed in a number of forums that the help regarding blackberry device errors seems to go around in circles......someone asks about a device error code and that they are unable to use desktop manager then someone instinctively tells them to reinstall the software. I currently have 4 blackberrys that suffer from device errors: 2 7290s and 2 7100ts. These have got just about every error code possible - device error 373, 322, 365, 522, JVM errors, prefetch exceptions. I have tried everything with these phones - loading OS with battery in, battery out, wiping device with java commander, hard reset, removing cmos battery etc. Funnily enough the only thing that made a difference and caused my 7100t to finally boot was throwing it on the floor a few times. However it is still not fixed. Are there any techs here with some in depth knowledge of device errors and how to solve them?

I get this error as well on my 7100t. I also would like to unlock it for use on the ATT network.
