Default windows vista

Please Login to Remove!
have anybody else had this problem, I have windows vista and i cant get the blackberry software to install on my computer. I have windows vista and keep getting a error.

What version of the Blackberry Desktop Manager are you trying to install?
I believe the minimum version with Vista support is BBDM 4.2 SP1.

I have the 8703e with sprint and i think it comes with 4.1 or do it comes with 4.2 im not sure

Just download the latest version from Blackberry.com if you're unsure of what you have.

I have been running my Blackberry on Vista since it came out, and have had no problems. I have an XP-Pro laptop that will occasionally have the Desktop software crash, but not the Vista boxes.
I would just make sure to have the 4.2 SP1 Desktop software
