Default Employment for RIM

Anyone attempted to get a job at RIM? I don't have EE or IT experience but I do have a health care data management background. I'm thinking of applying for a sales positions (Vertical sales probably.. something regarding health care).

Just wondering if RIM slants their hiring to people with computer engineering or electrical engineering backgrounds or what. Thanks!

For sales? Remember, most of their customers are carriers. It would make sense for them to hire people with network and provisioning experience. Yes, technical.

Its no accident that the RIM campus in Waterloo is about as close to the University of Waterloo (well known for IT and Engineering) as possible. In fact, I'm not aware of another business that's actually physically closer to the UofW...
