I'm new here. My customer just purchased three Blackberrys they'd like to use with our Exchange program. They did this without me and thus our current mess. I am attempting to get the redirector to forward email to the Blackberry 7520. The following is setup.
The PIN is read and fine
The status is Running
The statistics are ...
Sent from device: 0
Pending to device: 13
The events are ...
This has been the same for about 20 minutes. The Blackberry 7520 has between 3 - 4 bars depending on where I hold it. I have tried doing several different connectiong settings. I have the following settings in the desktop manager....
Redirector Settings ...
PIN Number (matches the PIN in redirector)
Redirect incoming messages to your device
Disable message redirection while your device is connected.
No filter options selected
When none of the rules apply: Forward messages to the device.
Generate keys manually
Up to Date
Account matches user's email address in exchange <first initial last name>@<domain>
Profile Settings are set to always use Outlook
Message service display name is Desktop
Folder redirection is Inbox only
The sent messages from device are copied in the Sent Folder
I have also attempted to send 4 different messages from the Blackberry too but nothing has gone ANYWHERE!
This is getting extremely frustrating. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
