Default ACT Contact Manager

Please Login to Remove!

Love my new BB 77250, but I am having problems sync information from my ACT Contact manager to my BB.

The problem is ACT stores the phone numbers as XXX-XXX-XXXX (area code, phone number).

How can I get a 1 for long distance in front of the phone numbers as 99% of my numbers require the 1!

ARGH!

Thanks

in act you can click the phone number and the number comes up, then down below, click apply rules, and it will put the one in front of the number.

On your Blackberry, go to Phone Options - Smart Dialing and change "Use 1 for National Dialing from no to yes. As long as you have your local area code entered properly, all calls to a different area code will be dialed with the "1".

Are you using Companion Link to synch ACT to your Blackberry? I've been using it and it works fine.
