Default Personal Email + BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I am new to BB. I got a 8800 from my friend, and I joined BIS service from my mobile operator.

Before activating my personal email in the 8800, I saw an option called "Enterprise Activation", which I think it is for BES setup. After activated the BIS, I cannot see this option again.

Right now, I want my corporate email (BES) also go to my blackberry...Is it possible? and How?

Thanks in advance.

Does your company use BES?

Yes, my company use BES.
But I found that Enterprise Activation option was no longer exists after I joined the BIS Service from my mobile operator...Does it mean I cannot activate both BIS and BES on same device?

Thanks.

You should be able to use both.

Thanks Jwerges.
I presume the BES can put the configuration to my device when I provide the PIN and IMEI, am I right?

Can you find the Enterprise Activation using Pizzle's suggestion?

Options>Advanced Options>Enterprise Activation

Once you click that you just need to enter your corporate e-mail address and password from your admin. Then you should be good to go.

Right -- it should still be listed under Options.

Also, if you have Desktop Manager on your work PC and you're on the same network as your work email and BES servers then you can just connect the USB cable to kick off Enterprise Activation.

You really should talk to your company BES Admin to have him/her add you to the BES.
