Has anyone experienced an issue with the redirector where the same exact redirector email is sent over and over again into outlook? I have one blackberry user where he is getting 1000s of redirector messages (exact same message from the same etp server) throughout the day. Last night it stopped at 11:00pm and resumed again at 1:00am.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
1. While the redirector is running, it catches all the messages and filters them out.
2. If the redirector is stopped, those messages are still coming in.
When redirector is stopped, the email doesnt know how to forward them onto the device as this is controlled by the Redirector.
When Redirector is opened all the ETP messages will filter and send accordingly.
You can ignore them but it can be annoying if a buildup of them occur!
