Does anyone know how to do a master radio reset on a 7130 e??? I've looked at every menu option I can think of????

There's no such thing.
Master Radio Reset is a function of iDen (Nextel) devices.

What exactly are you trying to do? Do you need to wipe the handheld clean?
Options > Security Options > General Settings > click trackwheel > Wipe Handheld
