Dear All,
Whenever I try to back up my 7290 using desktop manager, the content store on the BB isn't accepted by manager and it sops wth an error message.
Any ideas why and a possible fix would be marvellous.

Thank you.
In the "Transfer in Progress" window it says "receiving Content Store".
The error message is in a superimposed box titled "Communication error" with "the data was not recognised by the handheld" in the box.

Does it allow you to click "ok" and continue with the backup? It's usually a database that the Desktop Manager doesn't recognize. I would upgrade your version of Desktop Manager to the latest version.
