I need help. I'm using Outlook 2003, a BB 7780 (OS 4) and wireless sync on Rogers. On 2 occasions over the past 3 months, since switching to wireless sync, , all of my contacts (several hundred) disappeared on the Blackberry. I still don't know why this happened, but I was able to restore them by doing a wired cradle sync from Outlook.

This morning, I went to search my BB contacts and found I only had 44 (instead of several hundred). No idea what has happened to the others. So, as before, I did a wired sync to Outlook but this time, the contacts were deleted on Outlook too.

Now I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

Same with me. I have been trying to resolve this problem for three hours. Here's my thread: Woke up this morning and all contacts gone!

I'm a bes admin but this happen with Notifylink. One of my user complain of loosing all of his contacts. He have a 7780 and with rogers too. All my other
users was fine.

Any idea ?
