Default Device Error 365

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7520 BB thru nextel and this error came on the screen and I can't do nothing. The red status light keep flashing..Can anyone help me pls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

run the application loader and install the 4.0 handheld software onto your device... you can get the software needed from your provider

you can try to reload for error 365 but chances are it wont work. Error 365 has no field fix, it has to go back to RIM. If you have a 7520, be sure to update your replacement with the 319 bundle, this would help prevent the 365 error.

Default Device error 365 on Cingular 7290

I have a user that was receiving a Device Error 365 on a Cingular 7290. Cingular claimed there was a problem with the phone. Warranty services is sending a replacement phone.
