I would like to learn about blackberries? Is there any books out there someone can recommend that will help me learn and troubshoot problems.

Yep. Just post a message asking a question whenever you need to troubleshoot a BlackBerry problem!

BlackBerries are also very reliable so you rarely ever need to do troubleshooting. (My BlackBerry FAQ below also has a "Why BlackBerry?" section too)

somehow the contacts button got removed from my homescreen
How do you edit your options of what you have on your homescreen?

the first 5 icons on your list will shows on the homescreen.

select the icon that you wanna move, click the "menu" and select "move"

Stay current with this site.

Read your documentation or download it from if you don't have a copy.

Read -- it's very underused based on the posts I see here.

...and most of all, just use your BB.
