Default Keyboard lock & International travel

Two questions: is there a shortcul for locking the keyboard on an 8800?

Is there a way to set up to allow phone calls but NOT allow any data transmission?

thanks

1. In screen/keyboard you can assign one of your convenience keys to lock the keys.

2. Go to Options >Mobile Network >Data Services: Off

Some versions of the 8700 software have the Data Services On/Off feature and some don't. I don't remember which ones they are anymore. If it's not in the same place then it's not there.
