Hi guys, a little confused about this issue.
I'm getting partial reconciliation of a user's personal contacts - names will appear, sometimes some of the coordinates as well, but most of the ~400 contacts are incomplete and will not reconcile. The business contacts have all synced up fine.
User is on a 7250 (184.108.40.2067), and wireless reconciliation is enabled thru a BES 220.127.116.11 server.
We have tried to turn on/off the various PIM settings, forced service book and IT policy refreshes, even wiped the device and synced it again to no avail.
Users do not sync up to the desktops at all.
Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this?
