I contacted support for them and found my entire account was erased yesterday by them. They specified it was for non-payment which of course it wasn't. They said they would allow me to re-register (waiving the setup fee) but I didn't see any point with their level of disinterest in me as a customer. Up to that point I would have recommnded the service but as we have heard before on this forum there customer service was not good.

You should try Mailstreet.com, I have been using them for 6-months with only one minor issue that was resolved that evening pretty quickly. Since then the service has worked very well and I rely very heavily on this for my email for my company. Plus the wireless syncing of email, calender, task and my notes really rock!

Seems typical. My experience was even worse.

So My Review would be this:

The service worked fine up to this point and then this. Resigning up was not a very fun option considering the setups required to make ewverything work together - custom server rules etc etc etc.

I was not about to go throught it all to potentially have this happen again. I'm not sure what was the point of deleting someones account and not giving them the opportunity to correct it even if my payment was late ( which it wasn't). That would be like us taking your accessory order, finding you had specified a PO Box to ship to and simply cancelling your order. We email and call a customer to fix those things.

Split the Thread into a new one, as the other thread was regarding MyBlueBerry.com Service, not myBlackBerry.us service.

I'm just curious but is there a difference between the myBlackBerry.us and the .com service other than the .us and .com?

I actually just signed up for the .com service. I hope I'll be okay since everything has worked fine for me so far.

I laughed so hard when seeing the transcript, as it was very similar to mine, except I think he was ruder to me. Mine was done email, and I've kept it, and still contemplating contacting VISA Fraud. I don't believe the 'I just work here line' - I think it's a one person business.

Those are the same services.... When you sign up you have a choice of which domain you wish to use.

So what do you do when these guys cut you off? Can you go back to BWC/BIS easily? Is it obvious how to disable enterprise activation?

I'm leaning toward mailstreet, but they won't pull my imap mail, so all I'd be using them for is MDS and syncing my contacts/appointments (which, I'll admit, is a lot).

That said, blueberry.com looks tempting, even with all the problems.
