| Redirector vs. BWC Mail Connector Please Login to Remove! For corporate e-mail (exchange server), with no BES, I am trying to decide between using the BB redirector or the mail connector with BWC. Both seem to work on my T-Mobile 7290--4.0 desktop and handheld software--but I need to decide between one or the other. The advantage of the redirector seems to be speed in pushing messages to the handheld. The BWC mail connector, while slower, avoids the need to have my desktop computer always on (and eliminates the hassle of getting someone to reboot when it goes down and I'm out of town). Am I missing anything else relevant to the decision.
By the way, in case I decide to stay with the redirector, does anyone know how to uninstall the BWC mail connector? Does not show up in Add/Remove Programs or the Start Menu.
Many thanks. LP |
