Do you mean from your BlackBerry? If so, more details would be helpful. Otherwise, it will be very very difficult to determine the problem.

More info would be required to diagnose but usually the problem is that you need to resend the service books to your device. You can do that from the setup email icon on your blackberry or from the webclient for your carrier
