Is it true there's a "bug" in SP2 preventing Outlook 2003 from connectiong to a BES?

Nope.
You have to be using at least a relatively new version of Desktop Manager (if you have 4.0 it's fine). There were problems with OL2003 (and Exchange Caching) early on, but those were fixed months ago. What problems are you seeing? We have XP SP2 and OL2003 as our standard build with several hundred BES based BlackBerrys.

I haven't had a problem, but they guy at myblueberry.com says that's why they aren't offering Outlook 2003 access (only OWA).
