Hi,
One of our users' Blackberrys has suffered with JUM errors for the last few days and he's lost his emails. He's not created a backup file!!

We're using BES + Exchange. Is there any way that we can do an upload of his entire mailbox contents and folder structure from Exchange straight into the Blackberry once i've refreshed the handheld software?

Otherwise I guess his only option is to start receiving new emails from this point on and kiss the old emails goodbye

If you have BES 4.0, you can do an Enterprise activation and it will brinb back emails based on what you have set on the BES for the Pre Population tab. Otherwise, the only other way is to forward them to their mailbox so they will get on the BB.
