For the past few months I have had my account active on a BES and just recently activated the BIS with my Yahoo! Plus account. My question is that I now have a "messages" icon and the "yahoo!" icon for receiving my mail.

I love the new service but I dislike how I am getting my yahoo! e-mail in both the "yahoo!" folder and the "messages" folder along with my corporate e-mail. Is there any way in which I can only receive my yahoo! e-mail in the yahoo! folder? I hope this makes sence in what I am trying to do.

I have not been able to find anything within the BlackBerry settings so far and I couldnt find anything by searching. I really hope someone can help me out with this! Thanks in advance!

I would actually like to know if this is possible as well. I am a moderator over at Howard Forums and I get post reports emailed to me at a Yahoo email account. It would be nice if they were separated from my regular messages.

At this time there is no way to prevent the other email account messages from going to the "messages" folder. It is a dumping ground for everything. 4.2.1 brought new capabilities to separate SMS out but not emails. Hopefully one day we'll see a BES mail box separate from the rest but for now, sorry, not possible.

=( What a shame. . .this would be an absolute amazing feature. I just dont get why they would create a seperate icon for the yahoo! e-mail and just send it there?! o well, I will say my prayrs
