I have a user who is experiencing severe lag time with messages received on her device..(8700c, OS 4.1.0) Have re-activated, re-sent service books..same thing.

Is there any correlation with lag times and the content or amount of subfolders in Outlook? Her Outlook inbox is a gig but I don't think that would have to do with it.....only her account is having issues of this kind. It's up to an hour lag time on the device...

any suggestions?
