Default Syncing of folders with usb connection?

Please Login to Remove!

I searched first but maybe I was not searching with the right key words so here we go.

I have a hosted exchange service I use for wireless syncing of my email account but I have some sales reps that are on the normal blackberryl web client service and have a a POP email account using Outlook 2003. I know they can not sync over the air like I can but can they file emails in folders on their blackberry and then connect to their pc when they get back to the office and have syncing done then? I guess they have to go back through all of the emails in their inbox when they get back to the office all over again to place them in the correct folders even after they have read them on their device already during the day.

I just have never used the blackberry desktop software seeing how I am wireless so i am not sure what is or is not possible.

Thanks!

Default

Nope. First off you can't sync email on any BB. You can reconcile but that's not the same as sync.

Second, you can't get full reconciliation on BIS. You must be on BES.
