My brother and I share a wireless account -- it's in his name.
My employer's FAN is associated with the account. However, my employer is switching to a new FAN (we're overhauling the way employees get their devices).
I called and try to associate the new FAN with the account, but I was told that it can't be done because I'm the employee, but the AT&T account is in my brother's name.
Can anyone help me get this resolved without changing the wireless account to my name?
