make sure you have erased everything off of it. AND you have removed the SIM card

the 8700 has been dropped from my pocket to the marble floor heavily

My wife and I had somehow ended up with 3 variations of the 7100s, I donated them to a women's organization through our local cellular retailer.

I now have a Pearl, 8800 and 8300 - think I'm going to sell the Pearl and 8800 since I'm very satisfied with my initial impressions of the 8300 after 3 days.

Wife has an 8700 and is happy with it, don't want to hassle of changing her SIM (still the old AT&T SIM).
