Hi everyone,

I have two users, using 8700 and a 8800, but I dont believe its a model specific problem, the issue is that when they read a mail on Outlook, it doesnt appear as read on their handsets, meaning that they now have like 600 unread messages that they have already read.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Is it a known issue?

I take it both users are connected to BES? I'd suggest removing one user, including the statistics. Now, re-add that user, and see what happens...
