Did you try taking the battery out to do a hard reset?

I have tried to remove the battery but not the hard reset. How would I go about doing that?

Pulling the battery is a hard reset. I am not familar with the error code so I will wait for someone else to chime in. My guess is a wipe and an OS re-load.

Make sure you are using the latest version of the os and desktop manager. More than likely you will need to relod the OS.
