Default Gmail, BIS 2.3 - Deleted not Synced?

Please Login to Remove!

I had to replace my 8300 over the weekend. As a result,I had to do a device swap on the BIS. Now, I don't seem to get my deleted synced between the two anymore. And yes, I do have "sync delete items" checked on the BIS.

I have both BES and BIS accounts (BES primary). Prior to the BIS 2.3 upgrade, on my gmail account I always had the option to "delete from handheld" or "delete on both", now that's gone too. Just have "delete".

Any ideas?

Bob

I had that same problem. Open Messages / Options / Email Reconciliation... then go to Delete On: change it to PROMPT. Just above that change each of your email accounts (if more than one like me) and change Prompt for each, it's not a global setting unfortunately.

As for gmail delete sync. I never had that working before or after 2.3 and I have it checked in BIS also. Oh well...

For me Gmail delete only sync from the handheld to the server. Not bi-direction.
