Periodically, many of the BB accounts I have set up on various provider webclient sites seem to invalidate the account. The fix is simple. Just log on to site and click on email account and that fixes it. My questions is why is this happening so often. The accounts I have set up on the various provider sites, Alltel, ATT, Nextel, etc are thru our Outlook Web Mail page with username and password credentials. We have an exchange Server but we do not run a BES. I just enter our Outlook Web Address, a HTTPS site and then the username and password and the rest is easy. It then places a folder on the BB for that email account. This has been happening often and I cannot figure out why.
Any clues would be appreciated.
