|  Message reconciliation error on BB desktop 4.2.2.14

I recently upgraded my BB Desktop Manager Software to version 4.2.2.14 on my desktop. Everything was working properly prior to updating to this version. Now, When I connect my Verizon 7250 BB to the desktop, I get a message from BB Desktop Manager: "Message Reconciliation error" and then nothing is synced.
Some helpful message that is. Anyone else have this issue? Know how to fix or have suggestions on things to try? |
