Unhappy Blackberry Enterprise Manager upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1

Please Login to Remove!

Using Lotus Domino Server 6.5.4 and Blackberry Enterprise Manager 4 previously. Since upgraded to ver 4.1 all the new mails received by blackberry handset seems to turn to read immediately. The funny thing about it is that this only happens for a certain period of time. From 6 plus pm to the next day 9plus am. Using a vodaphone 8707.

All the users in my company seems to be having the same problem. Previously all the we did not have any problem using Blackberry Enterprise Manager 4.0

Any advice and help on this is very much appreciated.
