Default Duplicate Mailboxes

Please Login to Remove!

Am on BES through ExchangeMyMail...

Following a deletion of all Desktop [xxx] service books, I deleted and then re-setup my user through the control panel for my BlackBerry service.

After the service was initialized, I now have duplicate mailboxes: one that has the correct e-mails on it, and another that has doubles of all e-mails.

The incorrect inbox seems to be the default now.

How do I delete the extra mailboxes? I can see the extra mail folder through "View Folders" but cannot delete it.

Please help!

Is this when you choose View Folder in Messages? Normally, connecting the BB to DM and wiping the folder structure via the Advanced Mode of the Backup utility works for me (once the folder structure is pushed back to the BB).

"Mailbox" usually refers to an email account and folders are contained within a mailbox -- just wanted to understand you clearly since you seemed to be using the words interchangeably.
