Default Help Needed - Enterprise Activation

Please Login to Remove!
Hi,

When I click on the Enterprise Activation icon, it brings a login screen with my Email address, PIN Number and password. When I put my password, it give me an error that "Error occured, Please contact your system adminstrator". Also I am not able to receive emails on my blackberry.

Any help and suggestions would be of great help.

Are you using BES or BWC?

As far as I know you don't have to have anything set on that screen if you are using BES.

1) make sure the OS on the berry is @ 4.0
2) make sure your signal bar is strong
3) enter the external e-mail address of the persons berry
4) set the password under user profiles, service options

Guys - 10:1 the original poster was a BWC customer and had no reason to invoke Enterprise Activation.
