Default Switching Exchange Servers

Please Login to Remove!

I have switched over to a new Exchange Server where BES 4.0 is installed. I am receiving mail through Outlook, but not Crackberry. I downloaded and installed the new client software and configured it correctly. Is there anything I am doing wrong on the client side. I have received two of the following emails on my Outlook client.

Looks like you selected the Desktop Redirector software when you reinstalled the client side. Uninstalled the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, and reinstall it. Make sure that you Select BlackBerry Enterprise Server and not Desktop Redirector. Then it should work on your BlackBerry

Are you doing Enterprise activation? Note that the email address is case sensitive. If you enter it with the wrong case, it will fail. EA does send an email to your inbox like the one above during ea but once, it is verified, the emails gets deleted. The fact that it is still there leads me to believe it isn't getting done. Also, you mentioned that you changed servers. Does the BESADMIN ID have the proper rights on the new exchange server?
