Default Filter Options Not Showing

New Curve/ATT User
Trying to set up email filters. According to web site, I should see 2 addtional items in "options" for filters / settings. They are not on the list. Any thoughts on how make these appear?

Filters can be set up from the Email Accounts screen when you sign into BIS. Click on the Filters link to the right of the email account for which you want to set up the filter. An example is shown below.
