Problem upgrading device manager.

Default Problem upgrading device manager.

Please Login to Remove!
I downloaded the install for the 4.2 device manager, but when I go to run the install it gives me an error message of "Failed to install ISKernel Files. Make sure you have appropriate privileges on this machine." Any help? thanks!

Did you run the install on an administrator account?
That is what comes to mind first

I had a similar problem. I had to login as administrator. The update would not install while I was using my domain account...

I'm logged in on the only account on my Windows, which is an administrator account, and still the same message.

Yeah I'm using windows vista. So I guess I need to update my install shield?
