Default Mail Not Opening!!

Please Login to Remove!

I Have this customer who has a BB7520 and all of a sudden his emails stopped opening automatically when he takes his BB out of the holster. Is there a setting that may have been changed or is this a defecetive unit...please help!! I have called a couple different support lines but that was a major waste of time.

How long is the elapsed time between the receipt of the message, and the removal from the holster ?

If you receive a message, I think it will only auto-open on holster removal within about 15 seconds of receipt of the message.
