Hi. My name is Lindsey and I just bought my blackberry pearl a couple weeks ago. I plugged in my phone to my laptop and now nothing really works. I can't open my ringtones or wallpaper and my icons for browser and media net totally disappeared. Can anyone help? Please email me at [email address]. Thanks much.

Have you unplugged it from the laptop? Is Desktop Manager installed on the laptop?
