I've just assumed Admin duties for a server running BES 18.104.22.168. After a maintenance reboot yesterday, BES Alert has been creating huge logs containing messages like:
"Unable to save configuration settings or statistics."
"CalSyncState::GetSyncStateTable - GetContentsTable(0x80040115) failed."
"DoICS() failed: ERR_FAIL"
"Controller won't generate userdump files. Userdump.exe not found in system folder."
This is my first introduction to BES management. I'm essentially adrift here. Any insight and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
