Default Sending files from your computer

Does anyone know if there Is there a way to send files from your computer to your blackberry via the usb connection?

For example, if I wanted to send an Excel file to someone but my computer was not connected to the internet. Can I send a file from the computer to the blackberry via usb and then email the file to someone from the blackberry?
