Hi

A friend of mine has a BES service BB device on vodafone. She wants her BIS service as well to receive her personal emails on the same device. I have explained hot to do this through the IT Policy ie allow other message services', she will get her admin guys to change the policy for her. Question is, if she registers for the BIS service will it cost her more?

It will not cost more. If she has a BES plan, then BIS services are included in that.

However, there maybe IT policies that might preclude her from using BIS. She should check with her BES Admin before proceeding, especially if it is a company owned/paid BB.

The original post indicates that this user is already aware of the IT policies.

Both the BES & BIS service come on the simcard, its through IT Policies that the BIS service gets disabled. just wanted to know if allowing the BIS service costs more but from the first poster it looks like it doesn't cost anymore.

cheers for the replies
