Is your handheld cradled during this time? Maybe you have redirection disabled when the handheld is cradled...

Make sure that Outlook express is leaving a copy of the messages on the server. BWC only polls your POP3 accounts every 15 minutes. If your outlook express is downloading messages sooner and not leaving a copy on the server then you mailbox is empty when the BWC checks for new mail.

so are you saying I should change OUTLOOK options to check for new messages every 15 minutes?

I mean cradled... either in a cradle, or hooked up via USB to computer. I forget where the option is as I never cradle mine now.

no its not cradled I rarely do that.If I go in and out of my office and leave my Outlook Express open, messages will not come to my BB. They will only be on OE. I want to leave OE open and still receive mail on BB

In Outlook express, change the settings so that it leaves a copy of the messages on the server. You can set it to only leave them for 1 day, but that will be long enough for BWC to push them to the handheld.
