For some reason I cannot open attachments when sent to my BES account. When I expand the document and select either Table of Contents or Full Content, the data arrows flash and the small clock shows but it never completes.

Attachments sent to my vzw.blackberry.net address works fine. Anyone know where the problem could be? My BES account worked fine before.

Mention this to your BES admin.
The Attachment Service on the BES may need to be restarted. I've seen it hang before on ours.
