Default BIS 2.3 BB8100 issues

Please Login to Remove!

(first the disclaimer - I am very reluctant to post this as I'm sure I missed it SOMEWHERE with all the BIS 2.3 posts but after a LOT of searching I've given up and decided to ask )

I am using a TMO 8100. As I understand it, the BIS 2.3 update would allow full 2 way reconciliation with gmail. Everything works great but my only issue is that when I delete an email on gmail.com it does not delete from the handheld. Is it supposed to? I see that when I delete on the Pearl it would delete from www.gmail.com inbox but not vice versa. I've so far deleted and re-added the account, resent my service books, check the option on TMO's BIS page that says to sync the boxes.

Any ideas?

Thanks

It does seem to sync after deleting on the gmail.com page. It just takes like an hour or two.
