Exclamation Deactivate BIS Account

Please Login to Remove!
I just changed my number from verizon to cingular and i took my sisters pearl. At the store they changed the sim cards and now i want to put my email address into the phone. When i go to the website i plug in the pin number and it says an account already exists. is there an easy way for me to do this?

Have your sister deactivate her BIS account with Cingular.

I merged your second thread into this one. Please keep it all in one thread.

Have your sister call Cingular and have them remove that pin from her account. That will free it up for you to use.
